Stayed for 2 days with my friend. The hotel is located in the centre of the city and thus is well connected to all the main areas of Indore. The staff is polite and courteous. The breakfast was good too. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for an affordable and yet comfortable stay.

We stayed for 2 nights with family. A very good hotel with superb hospitality, supportive staff, reasonable in-room dining rates and quality food. The staff are friendly, remind you for breakfast, and serve quick (comparatively, depends on items) dinner. The location is very strategic, just 1.5km to railway station, walkable distance to Indore Zoo and central museum, 2.5km to Rajwada palace (city centre) etc.. the staff can guide you to sightseeing locations. They may arrange trip as well. They took phone booking as well. The reception area, elevators, room are clean. Room is spacious (may be because no table or chair), bathroom is big with all minimum requirements, hot water available throughout with super hot, decent cubboards for luggage and dress up. AC, fan and all electrical outlets work fine. Over all, very satisfied and happy. I recommend family stay here.

the stay was very comfortable although it was for a very short time period. Hotel staff had been very professional and experienced, specially Mr. gajendra singh had guided us throughout the stay. The location is top notch as it is nearby to the station and other important locations in Indore

Had the worst experience with this hotel. After having confirmed booking since two months before travel, and having re-confirmed on calls, they were still unable to provide us our room when we reached the hotel. The staff at front desk kept on cooking a series of stories and kept us waiting for 2 hours, saying that the room is getting ready, whereas they had already given our booked room to someone else at a higher tariff, and ultimately telling us that they do not have keys to our alloted room and we will have to shift elsewhere. I was traveling with my parents who are both senior citizen and they had to face such an issue due to the unprofessional behavior by this hotel staff. If this is a professional way of operating a hotel, the god bless them, but I would sincerely recommend not booking in this hotel and look for other options in the city.

We stayed here for 1 day.service is so good. Staf is polite. Room are good. And main thing location of hotel is in city area. If you want to visit sarafa bazar and 56 dukaan then you can reached the places in just 10 to 12 min. Overall it's good option to stay...

Had a comfortable stay for 3 days. Mr Sunil K, the manager of the hotel is a nice person. He helped to arrange the taxi service for both Mahakaleshwar temple and Omkareshwar temple. Overall the staff is good and the service is excellent. 👌

I stayed here for 3 nights with family for visiting Ujjain and Omkareswar. The service was good. Gajendra Singh Rathod was there to help us with any sort of help required. Food was also okay.
